Corey Taylor recently put out his book, Seven Deadly Sins, and recently recorded an audiobook version. Has anybody ever actually listened to audiobooks? Anyway, he released the above teaser with a chapter excerpt on greed. While I hoped Taylor would put a bit more inflection in his voice, the thing that bothered me the most was that he wrote all these silly jokes in the book, and yet when he reads the jokes aloud, he doesn't deliver them with the cadence necessary for people to understand the joke. It would always take me a second to go, oh, that's him trying to be funny. At least now we know if Taylor's musical career goes kaput, he doesn't have much of a future in stand up comedy.
