I just picked up a double bike trailer off of Craigslist today. It has 'BELL' on the back in red letters in a white oval background. I'm assuming that's the same company that makes helmets.

The owner didn't have the user manual. I can't find any information on the internet about these, which is strange. Does anybody know anything about this? It seems solid, we latched both kiddos in and all of the safety clips are working.
